Product Introduction:
Hysteresis dynamometers are suitable for testing motors with small to medium torque and high rotational speeds, such as constant torque load starting of starter motors, asynchronous motors, low-power DC motors, series-wound motors, and the power tool industry. They are particularly suitable for testing the dynamic characteristic curves of various micro and special motors.

I. Principle:
The hysteresis dynamometer consists of a toothed pole stator, a hollow hysteresis cup rotor, an excitation coil, a base plate, etc. When current passes through the internal coil of the hysteresis dynamometer, magnetic flux lines are generated, forming a magnetic circuit and producing torque. By adjusting the excitation current, the hysteresis torque of the dynamometer can be changed, thereby controlling the load torque and completing the testing of load characteristics.
II. Features:
1. The rotor has a hollow cup structure, suitable for low-speed and medium-to-high-speed motors;
2. High testing accuracy, high sensitivity, stable load torque, and good test repeatability;
3. Brushless and slip-ring-free structure, no magnetic powder friction in the air gap, ultra-long service life.
III. Main Performance:
1. Test data are digitally displayed and can be sent to a computer for sampling, curve plotting, and printing;
2. High-precision load sensor is used; features good stability and long service life;
3. High overall sensitivity, stable load torque, and good test repeatability;
4. Load magnitude can be controlled simply by adjusting the excitation current;
5. Software is easy to operate and learn, supporting manual, automatic, and fixed-point testing modes. Test results can be compared via curves, and data can be imported into Word and Excel;
6. DC electrical parameter tester has multiple ranges (automatic switching) to meet the testing needs of both high-power and low-power motors;
7. The dynamometer’s three-dimensional adjustment table facilitates motor installation and enables quick clamping.
IV. System Functions:
1. Motor switch operations can be controlled via computer;
2. The system supports manual and automatic testing modes (the latter can operate without a computer connection). The entire process can be implemented on the display controller of the control cabinet; data can be locked for manual recording;
3. The system has an automatic testing mode: the load automatically increases according to settings, scanning the motor’s characteristic curve from no-load to stall (or a set value);
4. The system has a fixed-point testing mode: after the motor starts, the load automatically adjusts to the set value and stabilizes at that value;
5. Test results: Motor test data are displayed in reports or curves, which can be printed and saved for future reference. Curve coordinate parameters (abscissa and ordinate) can be adjusted;
6. Curve comparison: Test curves of up to 5 motors can be compared on the same interface. Curve coordinate values and parameters can be modified, and the color of each motor’s test curve can be changed. The compared curve diagrams can be printed;
7. Rated torque test accuracy: ±0.5%;
8. Dynamometer range: 0.002 N·m to 200 N·m
